Payment Policy

Novori reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is not already an existing Novori customer. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made in full just prior to shipping. We cannot accept deposits to hold an item for you. All purchases must be made in full with one transaction. All prices shown on the web site are in US dollars.


Payment Methods

For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:

Credit cards: Credit card payments are accepted on orders of $6,000.00 and under. Use your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card. For your security, a Credit Card Purchase Authorization form may be required to be completed with your ID and signature for credit card purchases.

Bank wire: Arrange payment through your bank and receive a 2.3% discount. Bank wire payments are accepted on orders of $250.00 or more. International orders must be paid by bank wire.


Policy on Debit Cards

A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank. A debit card is much like a credit card in that it may display a credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, but a charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your bank account. The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card we will notify you, as this will prohibit us from processing your order.

As an alternative, you can:
a) Continue your order via wire transfer and receive a 2.3% discount. A wire transfer is a simple process of contacting your bank to have funds moved from your bank to ours and is available for orders of $250.00 or more. It works on the same principle as your debit card, but requires some direct communication with your bank to allow for a larger transaction. We'll send you the easy instructions. It may require a few days for your bank to transfer your funds.
b) Continue your order using a credit card. If you order before noon, your order will begin processing today.
c) Contact your bank and request a one-time waiver of the daily charge limit.

Shipping

Your package will ship within 7 days of placing your order. For some custom rings this can take longer, but we will provide you with a delivery date when we confirm your order details. We insure each package shipment for its full retail value. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Novori orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx. Fedex 2nd Day shipping is free with all orders. An upgrade to Fedex Priority Overnight is $19 US. In some areas FedEx provides Saturday delivery for which there is a $20 US charge. Shipping charges are not refundable.

All shipping and delivery dates are provided on a best efforts basis and are subject to change at any time. Most of our jewelry is custom made for your order and the manufacturing process may require additional time depending on the product purchased. Although we try to anticipate these factors and in most cases we are able to meet scheduled delivery dates, please be aware the the delivery dates may need to be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to communicate any delays or possible delays as soon as possible and to make convenient delivery arrangements with you. Once we ship an order, the delivery is in the hands of the shipping company where we have limited to no control over delivery. When placing your ordering from Novori, please allow yourself sufficient time to allow for any possible delays with your order.

Canadian and International Shipments

We are able to ship to other countries around the world with some limitations. Shipping and insurance costs of $40 US for Canadian orders and $50 US for International orders will be charged. You will be responsible for any customs, duties or taxes which may be applied once your order reaches the destination country. Please be aware that your package may be held in customs for a period of time and allow for this delay when placing your order. If you need to return an international order for any reason, you will have to pre-pay any customs, duties or taxes as we will not accept any returns if these have not been paid. Shipping charges for international orders are not refundable. International orders must be paid by bank wire. Sales Tax

Currently, sales tax of 8.4% is collected on orders shipped to addresses within Washington State.
